Ground Chorizo

The same recipe is found in our popular chorizo sausage.

Our's is the Spanish version, made with garlic, spices, and pimenton (Spanish smoked paprika), which gives it its deep brick red color and smoky flavor. Just crumble it up in a hot pan and toss until golden brown
